Starquests

One of the major projects I was lucky enough to work on was the Merge Dragons Starquests system. I worked closely with our head of UX to create a two pronged experience for our players - a short term rewards system and a long term rewards system. 

​

The trickiest part of this design was fixing something a lot of our users didn't think the previous system was broken, and the new system would actually obstruct their gameplay. 

​

To mitigate these issues we ensured the users would find the new rewards much more lucrative and interesting than the predecessors.
